About Lisa Snowdon 

I am a Qualified Nutritionist and the founder of Vibrant Nutrition - which helps clients tackle weight issues, reduce stress, increase energy levels and much more. There is so much that can be done to enhance well-being using the greatest medicine known to us – Food.

I also specialise in lowering cholesterol levels naturally through dietary and lifestyle changes. 


Food as a Medicine 

Considered by many as the greatest medicine of all, food has an incredible propensity to heal and enhance well-being. Whether you are looking to increase your energy levels, wanting to lose weight, start a detox, or tackle a minor or serious health challenge or disorder, then Lisa can work with you to create manageable plans that take into account your lifestyle, career and current health status. In many cases only small changes to diet are needed to effect major results.


A little about Lisa and her health and wellness journey 

I am originally from England and moved to Australia about 10 years ago. I live in Sydney with my husband and two children.

I decided to become a nutrition and health coach to fulfill my passion for educating and supporting people who want to improve their health, lose weight, prevent disease, and live life to the fullest.

Through my continuous study and practice, I now know the secrets to being in balance and have learned through my personal journey, through my studies and now through my clients journeys how to get results and make them permanent.

The profound positive effect that good, targeted nutrition plays in both the creation of wellness and the prevention and easing of disease propelled me to study nutrition and found Vibrant Nutrition. I work to reverse the worldwide trend towards more and more unhealthy eating and disease one client at a time.

Lisa holds an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine from Nature Care College in Sydney.

   Lisa, your passion for good food is infectious. I have started reading labels and simply don't buy things that have half a dozen E numbers in them anymore! It takes a few more minutes each day to make a salad however it is very yummy and time well spent.    I recently began working with Lisa doing phone consultations. This was very appealing for me as I live out of Sydney and this often excludes me from having access to many services. I find phone consultations so easy even if I did live in Sydney as travelling around Sydney can be full of traffic and time consuming so am very happy to skip all the travel. The phone consultation means we can catch up for shorter calls but more regularly for the same price as longer face to face consultations so the regular shorter calls help me to be more accountable to my goals.

   I recently participated in Lisa’s 21day detox program and it was great. Going back to food basics and not consuming anything from a ‘packet’ really had a positive effect on me  both physically and mentally. I found that even within the first few days, I wasn’t bloated after meals and I didn’t have sugar cravings in the afternoon. You don’t realise how much rubbish is in our everyday foods, even the ‘healthy’ ones, until you start reading labels…it’s frightening.
