After the consultation I’ll email a report that lists your goals and some action steps for you to take. This is a resource you’ll be able to keep forever and refer back to at any time.
  4. My recommendation is that you book your appointments at 2 weekly intervals. This is enough time to implement the steps but keeps our sessions regularly enough to keep up your momentum and enthusiasm. My experience shows that momentum and guidance gets results. It also allows me to hold you accountable to the action steps that we decide need to be taken.
  5. In each session we’ll discuss the areas that need to be brought back into balance. As everybody is different the focus will depend on you and your individual needs.
  6. At each session you are provided with handouts, checklists & recipes for you to keep that explain the areas we are working on and the steps for you to take to regain your balance and reach your goals.
  7. Throughout the 3 month program there are various biological tests that I can perform in the clinic to track your progress and assess areas of imbalance and deficiencies. These include a zinc test, pH testing, heavy metal & gut dysbiosis testing. If indicated further testing may be recommended through your GP or a private pathology lab.
  8. At every session we use body composition monitoring scales to assess your progress. The results can help us make any small changes that are needed specifically for you and your body type.
