In fact if we work over the phone it's easier to have more regular but shorter consultations so you can have all of your questions answered without having to wait until you're next in the clinic.

A. It's always nice to meet my clients face to face but sometimes it just isn't possible or practical. I work exactly the same over the phone as I do in the clinic. It often works best to combine clinic visits and phone consultations for the best of both worlds.
